St. Augustine Dental Wellness

St. Augustine Dental Wellness Center is an amazing place all around. The office is inviting. The staff from the front office, dental assistants and the dentist are absolutely the most amazing people. The front staff and the dentist kept us informed on how my son was doing during his procedure. Everyone there is great and so kind. They helped my son who has anxiety through a procedure and made it an easy surgery for him. Our entire family is moving to the center for our family dental needs. Thank you to everyone there that helped my son.My son wanted to add his review to mine too. Thank you to Dr. Long and his assistant for doing such a great and fast job with my procedure. From the moment I walked in, the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. I haven’t been to a dentist in quite a few years, so initially I was anxious, but everyone made sure to put me at ease and make sure I was all good. The dental assistant who did my X-rays was amazing, and the doctor I saw was absolutely incredible. I cannot emphasize enough how friendly and helpful everyone was. Plus, the prices are really great for all that you get. Will definitely be coming back!

Dr Dan is a great dentist. No pain during surgeries and well knowledged in the dental field.He will do what’s best for you and in the end there will be great results. I highly recommend this clinic.All the staff here are awesome.The front office staff are very pleasant. Easy to work with. Very efficient.

I had a dental emergency and was able to see Dr. Timothy on a Saturday before having to go back to work on Monday with a gaping hole in my mouth.He was able to place an implant for me on the same day and provide a temporary fix to fill in the missing tooth.He has been extremely accessible for all questions and the staff in the office are friendly, knowledgeable, efficient and helpful.I would recommend this practice for both routine care and for any kind of special treatment such as implants.

The experience was great! We went in for a Saturday consultation for the removal of wisdom teeth and was able to have them done right then. I was impressed with the Dentist and his staff. I will certainly be returning for future services.

While in town vacationing my daughter experienced a problem. She had recently had her braces removed and had a bridge fall out. We stopped in , without an appointment and the staff were great. They got us right in and fixed the problem quickly , and all for a great price. Super nice , and knowledgeable staff.

Did the great Dr Singh write her own review below? This dentist wanna be is no longer with the office and left a bunch of unsatisfied clients behind. The office is now scrambling to get them to come back by offering them discounts. I would never recommend this office to anyone! Very unprofessional office staff who will leave you sitting for over 5 minutes before the even notice you are there. All I can say is BEWARE and Id NEVER go back!

I was extremely scared to go to the dentist, like who wants to see them. I was way overdue. If youre anything like me, you probably hate making any type of visits to a dental office. Ive lived in the St. Johns County area for almost all of my life and I still dont have a regular dentist. Fortunately, I was referred by a friend (it took a very painful toothache to push me to make an appointment) and have gotten many different procedures done since. I can finally say that Ive found my go-to dentist!I love, love, love both Dr. Parra and staff. They are absolutely fantastic and super knowledgeable. When it comes to exams, they are extremely thorough and they pay super close attention to detail. They will never pressure you to get any work done if youre uncomfortable with it or if its just not necessary, but they will make sure to give you an overall explanation of the different options you have.In terms of the work Ive gotten done so far, I couldnt have asked for a better experience. I kid you not, I actually fall asleep during my root canal procedure. Like, wuttttt? Also, teeth cleanings are always great - even though I get told that I should floss more often heheI 100% recommend this office to anyone who is skeptical about dentists and dental visits. They truly live up to their name and I guarantee that your next visit to the dental office will not be as terrifying as your last!

After many years of neglect, I knew it was time to consult a dentist. Worried about procedures and cost, etc., my FIRST visit was to a local (national) dentist office, where they estimated that I would need approx. $12,000 in dental work. I was floored. Not having insurance, or a pocket full of thousands, all I could do was shrug it off and figure Id get the work done little by little.I happened to be talking about it with a friend who I bumped into at Publix when I noticed a woman in scrubs listening to our conversation. I thought that she might be a dentist because her ears perked up. It didnt take long before the woman excused herself and handed me her card with the simple statement, please come see me for a second opinion.I went to see Dr. Shanta W. Singh, DDS at St.Augustine Dental Wellness two days later. (she fit me in at 9:30 on a Saturday morning) . After a series of x-rays and some very thorough examination, Dr. Singh concluded that I would need approx. $6,800 in dental work. Not only was she honest, but she was so very down-to-earth, and easy to talk to.My first treatment was a deep cleaning. Id never had one before but Id heard it could be painful. Really, its the dentist, so I guess I should expect painful? That particular day, the Hygienist didnt show up for work, so Dr. Singh had to do the cleaning herself. I wouldve thought shed be annoyed, or rushed, or whatever. Shes a Doctor after all. But to the contrary, she reminded me of an artist, just enjoying her craft. She was very gentle and very thorough, all while carrying on interesting conversation. Im a little ashamed to say that I actually enjoyed being there.If youre looking for a new dentist in town, please seek out Dr. Shanta W. Singh, DDS at St. Augustine Dental Wellness. You will not be disappointed!

I had a wisdom tooth break on at my 10th anniversary dinner. The next morning I visited this office and was greeted with smiles and helpful people. Alexa worked with me to get my insurance right and Josh was there for moral and technical support. Dr. Asbury was amazing as well. She explained the procedure and made sure I was comfortable and pain free the whole time for 2 pretty rough extractions. Even after the procedure they kept on touch and checked on me to make sure everything was okay and even asked about my anniversary trip(which didnt happen thanks to Irma). I would recommend this office and Dr. Asbury to anyone I know.

Fabulous experience from the moment I entered until I left the building! Everyone was pleasant and professional. I have only been in the area for one week. I was fortunate enough to have found them on the internet. I have chosen them to be my new dentist even though they are 30 minutes from my home. They are worth the drive!

Dr Winderbaum is the most gentle dentist Ive ever been to. He made my experience there way better. I had 3 teeth pulled my first round plus crown ECT. Second and third round another pulled tooth again wonderful and gentle. Plus the sweet assistant that was there on January 7th made my misery a lot better! I wish I would have got her name but shes from Ohio and is 31 years old and very funny and good at what she does! I thank you guys I am in no pain now!!!!💕

It was a wonderful experience. The staff were all very accommodating and the D.R. Was more than helpful. He made sure that I had the best experience I could in a dental office and for that I very much appreciate everything that he and his staff did for me.

As a medical professional with a doctorate in clinical research, I searched the internet for the best-qualified dental professionals and staff from which I chose Dr. Luong’s Dental Wellness Clinic. Dr. Luong’s expertise in dental care and implant surgery far surpassed my expectations. Never have I felt so confident that I would receive the best in dental care. Likewise for his professional staff. Lisa, his dental assistant and dental lab specialist, demonstrated her 37 years of experience with a strong emphasis on quality of product and patient courtesy and respect. His receptionist spent an unusual amount of time with me in order to achieve the maximum benefit from my insurance plan. The friendliness exhibited by the entire staff left me with the feeling of belonging. I left the clinic feeling so pleased that I chose this clinic.

I have been a patient here for a few years, they have always fix anything I needed and was always understanding. I had a great visit today and Ashley was very helpful and polite. Very nice staff, I hope they continue to make their patients feel welcome and appreciated. Thank you ladies for your professionalism.

I loved all the staff and Dr Dan. So kind and gentle. If I were staying another month I would have had Dr Dan do my root canal work. I would recommend their services to all. Thank you so much

Great place. Treated us really well. Friendly staff that halted my 9 year old stay relaxed and educated about his teeth. Glad we found this place.

And all of my years this is the best doctor most honest person and stuff that Ive ever dealt with I am so happy to say that I am now a lifetime customer of his this was by far the best dental experience Ive ever experienced in my life thank you guys for what you do

This is not a private dental practice per se...its comprised of a number of floating dentists who for a variety of reasons dont have or want their own practice.My experience there was not good...watch what they do and what they charge.

What a great experience!! From first phone call till walking out the door, Lindsay, at the desk, Christian, for prep, and Dr. Dan’s technique and kind manner. As good as it gets.

Dr Luong was extremely professional and efficient in my surgical procedure. The staff was very accommodating to my every need.

The .staff and front desk management team are tops. The dentist are 1st QUALITY. As new Floridian I was impressed .
